Delly Ranx Making Waves In Reggae Music With His New Album "The Next Chapter"

Delly Ranx launched his new album, The Next Chapter, on July 10, to rave reviews and he has not looked back since, with theproject generating waves with reggae fans on various social media, and enjoying commercial success with the title track popping up on ethnic charts in the US, Japan, France and Canada.

"The response has been outstanding. The title track is climbing charts on Hype TV in Jamaica and RadioDubPlate in Toronto.People are responding to the reggae vibe, The Next Chapter has definitely begun," Delly Ranx said.

Delly Ranx has a number of upcoming bookings, including a show in Boston on October 13, a show in Rhode Island on October 14 and a showin Mexico City on November 24.

He will be returning to the island later this month to shoot a video for The Next Chapter with Terminal 4 Media.

"It will be a three-day shoot, I am going all out to push this song because it has a powerful message," Delly Ranx said.

The Next Chapter is a beautiful full-length studio album and it's a charming example of deeply mature songwriting and is buffered with warm guitars, groovy basslines and keyboards. The album also features a charming mix of collaborations with veterans in the music business, as well as rookie artistes just carving out a name for themselves.

"I collaborated with Bunny Rugs from Third World on a song called Life After Lifetime. I also have a collab with Buju Banton called Thunder Roll. My youngest daughter Gabrielle Foster also collaborated with me on a song called Baby Cry and I did the One A Way Soldier (remix) with an artiste called Charlie2na," Delly Ranx said.

Other dancehall artistes who have changed the thrust of their music from hardcore dancehall to reggae include Mr Vegas, Cobra, Busy Signal and of course, the legends Capleton and Buju Banton.

"The Next Chapter is available worldwide digitally, while fans who are interested in obtaining a hard copy of the album can log on to www.dellyranx.com to place orders," he said.
